Sharrita M., a single parent of four, burnt out by a long line of short-term jobs, found her way to a stable career by connecting with The Partnership’s network and enrolling in a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act funded CNA program. With career coaching and job placement support, she now works full-time as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
