The Partnership’s Hospitality & Tourism Sector partnered with Illinois Hospitality and Lodging Association for a Hospitality hiring event at the Swissotel. This event brought 15 hotels together in one place to interview talent so that the employers could fill their staffing needs. Fifty career seekers attended and many interviewed with more than one hotel, for a total of 163 interviews and 13 on-the-spot job offers.
